1. The Service

MyStoryAR lets you pair a photo with a video and share a QR code / link through which the photo "comes to life" in a phone browser (WebAR). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Free trial & plans

• The Demo plan is free for 14 days and includes a limited number of living photos with a watermark and a 21-day test runtime per photo.
• Paid plans (Pro, Pro+) unlock permanent activation, remove the watermark, and raise limits, as described on the pricing page.
• On this demo platform billing is simulated — no real charges are made.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload. You grant us the technical license needed to store, process, and display them to the people you share your links and QR codes with. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the Service to store or share content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, or resell the Service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be reflected by the date above.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
